Anoying sound, stutter when skipping/stopping mp3s (1 Viewer)

Hello,

i have a anoying sound, stutter when i switch to another mp3 song, or stop one.
Its very anyoing, especially when u hear music loud, and want to skip one.

Anyone knows, what could be the cause?
