I just screwed up, I gut the popup menu in the GUI for adding series, and by a mistake I pressed the skip/always ignore selection, is there any way to undo that without destroying the entire database?

Try, Delete the series in the configuration tool and then start an import again. That should work.

The serie doesn't show up in the config tool.

But I did a manual add, so hopefully it'll grab the next episodes as they show up in the same folder.

    Edit:
But that didn't work either, so I did a sweep.

You need to UnHide series, as when its set to skip it also hides it from view.
