Anybody using a Skywalker DVB-S card with Dish Network? (1 Viewer)

Is anybody here using a DVB-S card (ie. Skywalker) to record Dish Network (HD) content?

I have a question about JTAG (ie. TSOP/BGA reading) of my VIP622.

Is anybody doing this kind of stuff?
