Anysee E30TC works fine (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Did a new HTPC build this weekend with Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and MP 1.6
Great software, very impressed with latest MediaPortal release!!

The Anysee E30TC (USB, DVB-T/C) is not in the supported TV card list but works fine! (tested with DVB-C)
The FTA channels work out of the box. For the encrypted channels you need to enable CAM support and use ***. This enabled the use of the softcam onboard the Anysee. I use the smartcard my cable provider supplied and I pay for each month, so nothing illegal about this.

Wachting HD streams on 1080i needs some good hardware though. I read the MP portal and followed the recommendation. I now use AMD A8-6500 with HD8570D gpu. Perfect picture with no frame drops. The display is configured for 50hz, and all plugins to change refreshrate have been disabled.

Smartpower plugin is configured to reinitalize TVcard on resume.

I'm using the same configuration. But 2 anysees(1 E30TC and 1 E7TC). What drivers do you use? personally i'm using 1.3.8.62 on mediaportal 1.6, windows 8.1. Works great(had some problems in the past but these are all gone)

Most channels are crypted.
Can you tell me what use *** means ??
