App with satellite (DVB-S) signal meter? (1 Viewer)

Hi do you know of any Application that can be used to measure the signal level for my Satellite dish? When I first tuned it in I used the receiver that came with the smart card but I don't have that handy now and need some kind of software signal level meter. I prefer something that will update the data on the fly.
