Arcsoft TMT3 it starts on the wrong screen (1 Viewer)

Hello
I got 2 screens on my Pc that i use MP on.
on screen 1 i got windows, games and all the other things i use on my pc
and on the 2nd screen. that is my Tv i got MP on. and it works nice.
BUT to play my Bluray movies i use Arcsoft TMT3. but it keeps showing op on the 1st screen. and i cant get it to start on the 2ns. what ever i do

I use tourettes plugin for Arcsoft TMT3
