Hi @Spragleknas, I did my first brew in 2 years last week.

It was basically an All Grain clone of Summer Lightening, but I added some torrified wheat to increase head retention. Also, I threw in a load of elder flowers (picked from the hedgerows near my house), to make it taste more like the Hopback's Brewery summer special "Summer Elder".

I have also suddenly decided to get some new kit (to celebrate getting back into brewing) and bought a couple of 19L Cornelius Kegs! Normally I just bottle my beer, so I hope this will be a big time saver, and make the experience much more enjoyable.

Cool. I will have a play with that.

I am still very much brewing and have made a brilliant American IPA lately!
