When I watch my videos in VLC, no matter what's their original size I set view mode 16:10.
I'de allways like videos to fill the whole screen.

When I watch videos in mediaportal I use zoom modes like, 14x9 or stertch or non-linear stretch but in some videos non of these zoom modes fill the whole screen.

What can I do about this problem?

and also, what can I do to automatically stretch the screen without switching modes?

thank you for the help,
Noam.

right-click the screen and choose cropsettings ?
I right clicked the screen and I couldn't find a cropsettings option, the closest was an option called "Change Aspect Ratio" when clicking it I saw the regular zoom options (Stretch, zoom, non-linear zoom, etc) and these don't help me.

I installed this tool and I couldn't understand it. But from what I saw, it had the regular zoom options too and I didn't see any other options, such as 16x10 aspect ratio or other zoom options.

I had my own idea: I downloaded the newest VLC plugin for MediaPortal and made VLC auto-16x10.

Original problem was solved, two new problems came up:

1. VLC OSD wasn't showing and there was no OSD avavible whatsoever - no option of seeing any kind of progress bar.

2. Video loading was somewhat slower.

Anyone has any other solution or a solution to the VLC problem - both will be accepted warmly.

thank you.
