I need help with my new pc , a packard bell IXTREME 2712,with windows vista , built in tv card with media center

i have media portal ver 0.2.3.0 rc3 installed

My tv card in device manager is listed as a, ASUSTek tiger 2 capture device, location PCI bus 4, device 7, function 0

from the packard bell website , the tv card is listed as

TV-7131/FM Hybrid TV Tuner
Name: TV-7131/FM Hybrid TV Tuner
Type: Hybrid (analogue/digital) TV Tuner
Manufacturer Chipset: NXP
Manufacturer Board: ASUSTek

could someone help me with this , as this tv card is not detected in mediaportal

I gave my old pc to my boys , that had hauppage tv card and remote that worked great , which they now use

But i'm gutted that my new pc wont work with mediaportal , need it back badly

need to install cyberlink powercinema,take off the exe from the powercinema folder..........

could you please explain a little more , i have installed cyberlink powercinema, what do i do with, and where do i put the exe from the powercinema folder.

To be sure is the exe from the powercinema folder , the exe that starts the program.

This tv card ,TV-7131/FM Hybrid TV Tuner , can be used and tuned in with the following apps
Windows media center , power cinema, and an app called prog dvb5

But i want to be able to use the tv card with mediaportal, can anyone help me out with this please ....
