Hi, i have an ATI remote wonder plus and some of the buttons dont show up in the x10 remote mappings in RC3. Is there somewhere or somehow i can get the command codes for those missing buttons so i can add them to the config xml file??

thanx

For now you have to do this:

Download this file, put the extracted XML to the folder "InputDeviceMappings/custom" and choose "Other X10" in config as your remote. Then press each button after the other (with "Extended Logging" enabled in config, of course) and provide the log file at http://mp.pastebin.com.

This file won't let MP do anything but logging all commands. Please make sure that you paste the whole log to pastebin and don't leave out any things.

Also, please supply a list of what buttons you pressed and a good photo.

If I get all those data we might be able to provide a default mapping for your remote in the future.

Looks like the log stops at button number four. Unfortunately pastebin does not allow an endless number of lines. Post the rest to a new pastebin, pls.

And thx, I'm gonna have a look at it, it's on my list among some other remotes now. Until it's implemented you can have a look at the other mappings and might build your own mapping, of course.
