Is it supported? I have installed tv card and got most of the cable channels but no CC.

Not done yet AFAIK. If you have any technical info on the CC standard for ATSC see Tourettes who has done this for DVB-X.
Ideally if you can provide him with a .TS recording that may help him look at it for you.

Unfortunately CC is completely different thing that the DVB subtitles.

search for zodiac's core cccp.ax
register it
add it to the tv's post processing
watch tv with cc

after i download this file, where do i copy to?

how do i turn it the CC?

I put it in c:\windows\system32 then ran regsrv32 cccp.ax
Then found core cc in tv post processing, when i did that it broke the tv part, i cant watch any tv with that enabled. Any thoughts?
