Codecs Audio codec playing online videos (1 Viewer)

Hello there,

I seem to have a problem with my codecs. My DVD's, mkv's everything is playing fine. But now I've installed the OnlineVideos plugin.

Some movieclips are working fine except the one's on youtube. So i guess it has something to do with flv files. It says that it can't play cause it has an error in the audio codec. I installed an flvsplitter, but that did not seem to do the trick.

Is there anyone out there who had the same problems, or who can help me with mine?

Same here

I've the same problem. Some videos load ok, others hang for ages before giving me the Audio Codec dialogue box.

Anyone know of a fix?

Same here.. when trying to play mp4 streams .. =(
Already followed the guides that are here but it didnt help.. =(

I had this problem and fixed it.
For some reason medialooks quicktime directshow filter wasnt working.
The error is "unable to play video, audio codec:"
Try googling "Quicktime alternative 290" or "quicktime alternative lite"

I'm not sure if this is related but after installing onlindevideos I now can't seem to get audio from ANYTHING but onlinevideos for example .mkv's like TV-series or movingpictures movies...
