Audio or Radio recording? (1 Viewer)

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I'm just setting up my HTPC, and I can't figure it out...

Is there currently any way of making an audio-only recording, or of recording DVB-t radio? I can record using MC, but the resulting format is useless for transfer e.g. to a portable device. If not, are there any plans for this?
