Audio stuttering and lag (1 Viewer)

I've been having a problem with my audio lagging, which basically makes the recording unwatchable.

The lag gets worse as I record. I'm three hours into a football game, and the lag is now up to about half a minute now.

What should I do?

    More info please - system specs, MP version, codecs etc etc...

    If you stop the playback and resume play from the same place, is the audio in sync again ?
