Audio Time Shifting (1 Viewer)

I was wondering if it was possible to force the audio in my movies, tvseries, and TV to play the audio .4 of a second ahead of where it is currently (much like what you can in media player classics audio switcher options)

I'm sure the setting must be in one of the advanced codecs area but i'm not sure where i should begin tweaking, but ever since i set up my new sound system the ~.4 of a second audio delay has been very noticeable by me and even my g/f

any help would be really appreciated

ok i'll assume this isn't currently possible based on the amount of input i've received over the past week. Could someone tell me if this feature is even possible to code into MP's built in player, or am I simply going to be better off purchasing a decent amp, rather than continuing to use my cheap home theater sound system.
