Audio upscale for Videos & TV... (1 Viewer)

Hi,
is there any way to make the mono and stereo audio that TV & some Videos have to play through some pseudosurround to use all 5.1 channels?
Something similar to what is being done when using the BASS player for music...
Could it be done somehow for the TV and videos?

In the MP config, make sure your TV and video settings are set so that they use the MPA decoder. You can then setup the MPA decoder to output 5 channels.
There are other ways also.
you can change the surround mode on your receiver or you could use AC3filter and set the output format to 5.1 if you want (analogue output only). That will make all audio decoded by Ac3filter 5.1
