The frequency offset for Australian DVB-T is incorrect in DVBT.XML. Mediaportal ships with offset="125". With this offset in Melbourne all TV stations are detected during a channel scan, however channel 7 fail to work when selected (balnk screen). Changing to offset="0" resolves the problem, ie;
