Avoid rework when changing drive letters? (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I have my recordings collected on an external drive and gone thorugh quite some editing effort to make everything in the video database correct.
Now I changed the windows drive letter assigned to that drive and Mediaportal thinks, all recordings are on a non present drive and new movies on a new drive, requiring me to do all the editing of the database again.

Is there any way to just tell Mediaportal that only a driveletter changed and the content is still the same?

Have you tried using Moving Pictures and My TV Series, I think they have an option to keep references to files on removeable media.

I actually am using Moving Pictures and no, I couldn't find any option to ignore the drive letter or to change it there without having to go thourgh the whole importing process again..
If you have a hint where to look for that option in moving pictures that would be great.
