Backdrops not downloading from themoviedb.com? (1 Viewer)

I just noticed that today the backdrops have started to not download. Anyone else having this issue?

Maybe its just the site but it looks ok. Is there anyway to refresh the backdrops or will movingpictures do this automatically like TV series does?

It seems the whole api subdomain for themoviedb.org is down. If it doesnt come back up within the next 24 hours I will contact Travis over at themoviedb.org to see what is going on.

All working again now, but my original question still stands. Will Moving Pictures download the missing backdrops if i do a update of movie details from the configuration screen?

If I could suggest a feature it would be that the plugin should periodically look for updates in the movie/fanart/cover details the way TVSeries does.

The plugin scans for missing backdrops and covers on launch. There is currently no way to manually force a rescan for backdrops, but this will be done for all movies ever time you start Moving Pictures. Making this functionality more usable is one of the goals for version 0.9.
