Summary: enable custom background for teletext (for the xml-File)

Description: the new Teletext (MP 1.0+SVN) looks good but if a 16:9 program is on the teletext is 4:3 and you can get distracted from the program while reading. Stretching the teletext decreases readability so it would be nice to enable more options in the xml-file, this seems not possible up to now: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/black-white-1080p-286/black-white-test-version-55137/index3.html
