bad sound quality in dvd playback (1 Viewer)

after a new setup from theh scratch im suddenly having a bad audio quality inside MP during DVD playback. Outside MP the sound quality seems ok (Using Nero DVD playback), Inside MP the sound quality of live tv and also recorded shows is without an yproblem.
i tried several combinations of codecs and renderers- no improvement.
i tried graphedit and couldnt find a problem, my prcessor runs at about 30%.

can anyone give me a clue what to do next for finding the bug

Seem to have found out the problems cause - hit me - it was the dvd drive.
seems i have reduced the speed too much for silencing the system. with a fresh firmware the sound problem is gone...
