When I start MP direct to BBC HD the VMR9 rate is approximately 50 and there is no stutter.
If I then change to another non HD channel then back the VMR9 rate drops to around 36 and there is a very noticeable stutter as though half the frames are being dropped.
CPU use is only around 10% I have tried different VMR9 settings with no effect.
Any ideas ?
