Bell TV with MS MCE Remote an IR Blaster (1 Viewer)

I wish to use TV server to capture Analog S-Video from my Bell TV DVB-S/STB. The capture device is an Aver M780 PCIe WB analog and ATSC tuner. I wish to capture on s-video port as tested and viewed with TV Server Configuration as "S-Video#1 on 3". For channel changing I need to use the MCE IR blaster. As for the guide I also need help as I'm clueless and a noob with MediaPortal.
