Hooked it up to a fan mate (useful to have if encoding video) and turned it down to minimum so it's inaudible.GPU dropped to 55. Tried to enable Cool 'n' Quiet again, worked like a charm without stutter when using DXVA and CPU dropped to 40 idle and 57 after 20 min of full load.Now it's just the storage HDD left. Not mush to do except building a server in another room.</blockquote>
