Best DVB-T tuner that works well with s3 sleep/wake (1 Viewer)

Hi, im looking to add a DVB-T card to my HTPC. Id rather use PCI or PCI-E for neatness. It needs to have a dual digital tuner and most importantly it needs to be fully compatible with mediaportal and to be able to wake up for scheduled recordings then put itself back to sleep again, reliably! Im running vista at the moment, but ill be upgrading to windows 7 soon.

Ive found 5 tuners that are available in the UK from dabs and ebuyer, but im open to any others that ive missed if they are better. So which card would people recommend?

Hauppauge WinTV Nova-TD 500 Dual digital DVB-T PCI TV card (ive heard there are s3 issues with this card, is that correct?)

I hadnt come across that before. What does it offer over the pci cards? Its three times the price of some of them

I use hauppague hvr2200 PCI-E Dual tuner DVB-T/Analog (hvr2250 in usa) seems to have no problems with S3 sleep/resume.
