Best HDTV Card (1 Viewer)

I would like to upgrade my current TV Capture card to one that supports HDTV. I live in the USA and have cable tv.

I really like media portal and was wondering what a good HDTV card is for media portal? I would prefer one that comes with a remote but could live without it....

If the ATi 650 based cards were out I'd probably suggest one of them but they haven't shown even though they were supposed to ship by the end of July.
