Hi I'm just wondering what you guys would recommend as far as a Video and audio codec goes.

Which ones give the best results. I remember before reading about powerdvd codec or something along the lines.

Your help would be grately appriciated.

You should give the AVIVO codecs a try (free codecs w/DXVA support) and use FFDShow for audio.
