The SVN files for the TV server are full installs. All you need to do is uninstall the tv server and the tv server plugin from add and remove plugins. One thing you want to do is make sure you have the older setup files in the same location when you uninstall the tv server or it will bitch.

Extract out the new SVN files into a directory and then install from there. Once again, make sure you don't delete your setup file until you have uninstalled the tv server for that version.

On the client, within media portal configuration, under TV settings, advanced options, I switched to UNC paths instead of the default RSS, and it's working very well. Sure I had to figure out the paths, but no big deal. Maybe helpful for someone in the future. Thanks for the...

If your XMLTV guide isn’t populating, setting up an EPG Collector can solve the issue by giving you control over your guide data. This tool lets you customize the EPG to match your needs, ensuring accurate and complete listings. The main benefit of using an EPG Collector is flexibility. You can pull data from reliable sources, adjust...

Well, I had already recognized your problem, but I still wanted to point out the basic connections once again. Unfortunately, I don't have a fundamentally different solution for you, but with this approach you should achieve your goal. ;) The idea of first setting the current genre colors with the defines is certainly a good one, as...
