    Hi and welcome cypher007 :)

You'll need to use the DivX AAC codec for Freeview HD audio to work. Download it for free from -->here<-- top right-hand corner). See how things go after you've sorted that out. Keep in mind that we don't officially support the Windows server operating systems.

Nope, the audio in the UK requires specific codecs (I'm not just saying this to have you on ;)). You can read more about other people's experience -->here<--.

Possibly the audio codec issue actually, which is why I suggested try that first. If you still have a problem it could be the video codec, or maybe GPU not able to cope with decoding the HD video. First things first though...

    no.

before codec pack SD and HD stop start video, no audio on HD.

after codec pack SD and HD video seems smoother, though i was watching F1 previously so maybe it was there feed not the tuner. still no audio on HD.

    Hi again

I assume you actually updated MediaPortal configuration after installing the codec pack?
Either way, I've seen your other thread. I'll check out the logs that you post there and if I see anything wrong I'll let you know.
