    Hi all,

I currently have 2 Hauppuage S2 cards in one machine, and a DD S2 card and Hauppauge S2 in another machine.

I am looking to increase to 4 tuners in one of the machines, currently running W7 x64 with MP1.20b

I can either buy the DD Expansion card (or another "full blown" DD DuoFlex S2), or a BGT3590.

Are there any issues at all with the BGT3590?

Its obviously cheaper and easier to purchase from here in the UK.

Just not sure which to go for!!! :(

    Hi Jay_UK

Yes, TV Server doesn't support DiSEqC with the BGT3590 (do you mean BGT3595?), and the analog tuner/input is not supported either. I'm hoping to add support for both of those features in 1.3.0. The DiSEqC in particular isn't hard - I've just got a lot to do. Those things may not make much difference to you, but I just thought you should know...

    Hi mm,

I was hoping you'd notice my post (as you seem to be "Mr Tuner card/TVServer man") :)

You are right, I was on about the BGT3595 card.

No DiSEqC here, so not much of an issue.

The analogue input would be nice, so I can feed my Wii though the MediaCentre.

The DD option appeals as I simply stack the extra 2 tuners on top of the current card, where as a BG card requires an extra slot (which I have plenty of - so not an issue).

    Oh I dont know!! :(

Well I'm afraid I can't really advise further than what I've already said. I definitely shouldn't make any promises about the support of the analog input in 1.3.0 (although I'm working on it *right now*), and I don't have any experience with Digital Devices tuners (although most people I have encountered have generally favourable opinions about them)...
