Hi I have a whole host of problems. I have a TV server and client set up, I find that the server is always needing to be rebooted, and the client is shockingly slow, I'v also got a client on the server, and found that even on that I get glitching and pixelation. the chanelchange time on the remote box is super slow taking between 12 - 20 seconds to change channel, and then sometimes failing, I find I have to stop and start the tv from within MP to get the chanel to show.
From the server it's not as slow taking about 4 - 6 seconds to change channel. so far I've tried a tonne of codecs to no avail, but thinking it's a communication issue Iv'e tried telnetting onto the the stream on port 554 and sure enough it didn't last long. I have looked at the logs, but there seems to be so much wrong I've attached the logs from my client here in the hope someone can help, the TV server logs will follow.

Did you try to use you server's ip address instead of the hostname in the client configuration?
I also had stuttering issues and using the ip address change my life :D

Oh another little update, I installed Progdvb, and don't have the same issue, it changes channels in about 2 - 3 seconds (all the time) and I don't have trouble changing from one channel to another, also I noticed that there are a load more channels that Prog picks up on a scan. Trouble is Prog has a really crappy front end.
