Big problems with MyTV-series! (Database gone and won't readd!) (1 Viewer)

Hi!
OK, so I've been using StreamedMP with MyTV-series for the past 6 months, no real problems, but the other day, shit hit the fan. I opened MyTV-Series, and it said "No items!" I tried forcing imports, but nothing helped.

So after that I went into the configuration, and there weren't anything in the database. I tried removing the folders and re-adding them, but it couldnt fin any mediafiles. So finally, I reinstalled My TVSeries, the skin, and it still couldn't find any files. Lastly I deleted the "TVSeriesDatabase4.db3" and refreshed. It finally found all my files, so I imported them.

Everything seemed normal about the import, it asked what the shows it was supposed to add and everything. When the import was complete, I clicked the details-fan, but nothing got added to it. I have no idea why, but it seems like it imports everything, but doesn't save it. I tried rebooting and importing again, but nothing helps.

I use MP v1.0.1, my files are not on a network, but saved in My Documents.

What can I do?

Not much I can think of that you can do accept to delete your database and start again. I think we need to add some sort of integrity check and prompt the user that something is wrong.

Would be nice if we can somehow repair, or at the very least drop the affected table and automatically re-import.

Unfortunately I dont have much of the way of SQL skills, so I haven't really looked much into that area of the code.

If this is something that commonly happens, then we need a setup of re-producible steps to fix it.

Same thing just happened

FYI - I just had a power outage right in the middle of running the import process.

My database was gone. I emptied the database file and re-ran. I received the same error as the guy above.

Commit failed on this command: <delete from FormattingRules> (SQLiteClient: cmd:sqlite3_finalize err:CORRUPT detailed:database disk image is malformed query:delete from FormattingRules).

I deleted the .db file and am running the import again. It looks like everything will be fine.
