Black Glass Nova Skin 1.2.0 (1 Viewer)

Tested on Mediaportal 1.1.

The resolution is 1280x720 and scales well to full HD.

Black Glass Nova skin is designed to be easy to use and has a simple and clear look.
It should be controlled primarily with a remote or a keyboard.

BasicHome screen should be used as default home page.

Fanart Handler Plugin recommended.

The skin has been developed using Black Glass as codebase, so unsupported plugins should work with Black Glass plugin skin files (apart from some graphical anomalies). Blue3Wide plugin skin files for unsupported plugins should work apart from graphical glitches.

love the new basic home ,work great ...just one thing with some backdrops (hover_png) i think with some buttens ,they go lost
with strong color backdrops ...(i hope you get my meaning..) maby need to add some very trasperent backrownd only for the buttens...
i just thinking to my self her ....

2. can you sher how you mack the hover_png backdrops smaller size ? i have some of my thet i like to mack smaller size ..

Yes, the buttons seem to get lost with full color backdrops. I made many tests, and this is the best solution for me. Using different borders, halos, seems to worsen the effect. This is the only way i found. It's not simple to isolate the button from the background. The effect should be remarked by using the color desaturation on the unfocused buttons.

In order to make the hover png files smaller, you have to save them in jpg format and then rename them with the png extension.

The only mandatory buttons are the bottom 5 buttons. With the editor you can build the columns where you like on top of the 5 bottom buttons!
