Hi all,
I'm new to XFactor, and I really like it... coming from StreamedMP, I notice the readability of many screens is better in XFactor.
I have one item that I'm trying to change, though.
I'm using the XFactor basic home with RSS... the one with ellipses and vertical sub-menu within the ellipse.
I find that the text for the sub-menu is hard to read when there is menu thumbnail image behind it. So, I've been trying to use the basic home editor to use a black menu thumbnail image that I created. That way, it will be light text on a black backing... easier to see.
But, it seems that some of the thumbnails take this new image, but others just stay the same.
I've verified that my changes were in XFactor.xml.
I cleared the cache, but still, several of the menu items still use the original thumbnail images... for example: exit, Movie Trailers, etc.
And there are some that start off having black, but as you cycle through, they revert to their original image backing... weird.
Any idea how I can have a black backing on the sub menus?
Thanks.
Geoff
