When resuming from standby, I only get black screen when opening myTV, trying to start/stop doesn't help, only a restart does... looking at the mediaportal log there are alot of errors like this:
2009-09-18 17:10:45.812500 [Warn.][3]: PESDECODER: Buffer is not empty, but new packet is being received!

when I try to open tv server config and use the preview function it works fine.

Attached are the mediaportal.log and tv.log. This used to work fine for me in 1.0.2 with IPTV plugin.

Chriz, I have the same problem after wake up from hibernation with a new install of MP1.1 Beta, win 7 64 bit. Onboard HD3300.

The picture come back when presseng crtl+alt+delete and opening control manager, is it the same for you?

I can get out of the Black Screen by pressing the menu button on my MCE remote and stopping TV - but I'm quite sure ctrl+alt+del would do the trick as well, as the computer haven't crashed, something is just not working right between the tv server and the tv client? I'd appreciate if some developer could have a look at the logs...

I changed from MS SQL to mySQL from 1.0.2 to 1.1 beta, and I never had this problem before, could this be related to using mySQL instead of MS SQL?

I'm almost positive this is related to mySQL or the TV Service, It looks like one of these service hangs after a resume from standby.. I'll try to install MS SQL instaed of mySQL and see if that helps...

    /Christian

Okay, tried installing MS SQL, didn't make a difference. Tried a few things after this and I'm now 100% certain this is related to TVService. if I restart the TVService, TV works again. Tried to use the PowerScheduler in TV Server, but without no real luck (though the "reinitialize on resume" would work, but it didn't).

So an "ugly fix" would be a batch file that's started after resume which restarts the TVService, this would work for now - any ideas how to do this?
