If you slow double click a channel in the Television Channels or Radio section with in the TV Server Configuration it will allow you to rename the station. This is correct behaviour however if you don't change the name, i.e just click off the channel (the name is highlighted and you don't delete or change it) when you change to a different section, e.g Recordings and the back to Television Channels the channel you selected name is now blank. This can be quite annoying if you do it by accident and don't know what the channel was originally called!
Not sure if logs will be much help, but will attach them none the less.
