I was using DotNet3.5 and updated to 4.0, but to no avail. The blaster.exe failure caused me to look for a workaround.
In the TV3 Blaster plugin wiki, I found some promise but I could not find this plugin anywhere. After extensive reading, I got the impression that the ServerBlaster plugin replaced the TV3 Blaster. Is that right?

Meanwhile, I tried out the IRSS IR Server Suite - Test Build 1.4.2.3281 and 3158. I did get my blaster to flash but cannot find any way to specify using a fixed RF channel as input (only Svideo, composite and component are shown).

Assuming that a fix for this blaster setup situation is resolved, I don't see any way to tell MP to blast the channel and select the capture card on a fixed channel. Can you point me in the right direction?
- Should I give up and go back to GBPVR which handles the fixed channel for years
- submit a request to add the fixed channel as an option for an STB capture card
- this is a supported feature and I need to setup the capture card differently (help needed...wiki?)

The reason I need to use the coax fixed channel is that the receiver is in another room and I bought a UHF remote special adaptor that sends the IR channel selection back to the receiver on the coax. Most new DishNet dual receivers are that way.

I am very pleased with the 2 ATSC tuners. The remote control works very well and the video and audio is very good quality and in sync, in short, great setup. Now to control my stb, it will be a pain to reinstall GBPVR to coexist with MP but for now that seems to be the only work around. If there are no major conflicts...
