    Hi ,

First of all thanks for a great plugin you developed , i need your help on this i have a problem with the blasting.

after media portal installed i used for few weeks mce replacement plugin version 1.0.3.1 , i performed the learning option to scan my remote STB all workd fine. after few days i started to notice that whenever my pc wakes from standby and media portal load for recording it blast the wrong channel to the stb , for example if i programmed it to blast channel "22" its blasting only the number 2 instead . this problem always happaning with two digits blast.
later when i try manually to press "22" it works fine, but from time to time it blast the wrong channel i am using ehome infrared drive from 2001 , but i tried every driver possible and the problem still exist . ( i read all the manuals and forums threads).

two days ago i decided to upgrade to IR server suite 1.0.4.2, i removed the replacement plugin and deleted all the folders. (including in the profile user )

i installed the ir server suite and couldent believe that the same problem reproduced again in the new version , i tried all versions till now and nothing seems to work.

i will be very happy if you can try and solve this issue . if you need the media portal logs i can attached them for you.

i am using the latest media portal version 0.2.3.0 and using hauppage card pvr 150 with mce remote and blaster .

    thanks in advance

    Tzach

I've got a few ideas about what it might be, but I would need to see your log files.

If you can attach your mediaportal.log and the IR Server Suite logs, that will help a lot.

    Thanks,

I did look at your logs, but there is nothing there to suggest that anything went wrong ...

I was holding off replying because I was going to ask you to take a look at the new test version ... But I've kept delaying it while I finish off some other fixes.

Hopefully I'll have it ready today, so keep an eye on the main forum thread and try the new version when I upload it.

    Cheers,

ok, firstly, I'd like you to try adding the files in the attached zip file to the following folder:

    \Program Files\IR Server Suite\IR Server Plugins\

Then try setting everything up again. If that doesn't work delete the file:

    \Program Files\IR Server Suite\IR Server Plugins\Direct Input Receiver.dll

Please let me know if that fixes it.

    Thanks,
