Just installed MP, along with Moving Pictures and MP-TV Series, and then AC3 filter, Haali and ffdshow codecs on my HTPC - Windows 7 on an AMD x3 705e with 4GB RAM. It plays standard definition stuff absolutely fine, looks brilliant. 1080p is another story though - it's a real mess, suddenly half the screen will take on a purple tinge, or an area of the screen will suddenly go really blocky. It carries on at the normal speed though, that's all fine. And CPU usage is only around 15% or so. I've tried playing the same files through Windows Media Player, and that works perfectly - no problems at all. It seems to be MediaPortal that's causing the issues. I can't really find any information about anything other than stuttering from my searching so far, so I'm a bit confused. Haali appears in the taskbar, but there's nothing to configure so I didn't get very far with that one either. Any help would be hugely appreciated!
