Blocky Divx nvidia 6100 (1 Viewer)

hi

using media portal and love it , one problem i have is trying to plat divx films ,the black areas seam to be very blocky and where 2 colours join blocky and smeary,thing is when i play through windows media the same file looks great,tried going into settings and changing from nvidia decoder to others but no luck.
system is 3100 amd sempron with gigabyte board with 6100 onboard video.
any help?

rab, sounds like my system can you play dvds ok becouse im having your problem but also skipping during a dvd

Which Divx\xvid\ffdshow are you using\installed.

hi , downloaded latest nvidia drivers and played with brightness and contrast on graphics drivers ,seems to have improved,thanks
