Everything looks good, but I would choose a different passive cooler. Check out Overclockers website to get an idea of what is cooling well.

Is there a passive/silent cooler for your Vid Card?
Silence is highly desireable in HTPC.
I had to upgrade my Vid Card stock fan to a Zalman passive cooler.
My HTPC is below ambient noise level now i.e. effectively silent.
My stock case fans are all quiet enough.
For some reason stock video card fans are often very noisey.

Ya the Ninja Mini is a great cooler... but the Kuma is a rather warm CPU... and you really should overclock it because it's highly overclockable and because of this I don't think the Mini could handle it safely.
