When I playback a blu-ray rip (ripped myself) it stutters really bad in MP, ive tried every decoder (i think) CoreAVC, The default microsoft one (win7), FFDshow, MPC, They all have the same results, But they all do the same thing, If I forward the movie, even 5 seconds, the stutter goes away completely. The same file/rip plays fine from the start in TMT so I know its a good rip.

E8400, 4gb ram, Nvidia 9800GT, Win7

Can you post output from MediaInfo for the file, would give us a little bit more to go on, also screengrab from graphedit if you can.
    Thanks

Ok, I ended up formatting and installing a few things, I got everything playback fine smoothly in mediaplayer/moving pictures except when I launch m2ts files (my blu rips) I get an error

MKX a decoder for the new type cannot be found (or something close to that) I can just click ok and the file will then go on to play smooth.

I read I need to install vsfilter or splitter but then it will disable hardware acceleration. so im a bit confused.

btw there is not even any subtitles in my rip i removed them, and i told haali to not launch vssplitter/filter
