Hi all,

the last 6 weeks, i have spend all my freetime to do all the gfx and xml´s for this new skin / gui.
Special thanks goes to Glen, who have do the recoloured version of the mepos for that.
And the whole MP team has helped a lot by testing, bughunting.
and coding special funktions in the skinengine for that. So it´s a real teamwork skin.

"But noone is perfekt". so if you find bugs or issues in the skin, so please post it here, so we can fix them.

The second thing is, i start now with the wideversion Blue3wide, so it would be good if you can help here with your mine´s what can be changed or doing in other way in the wideversion to use the complete screensize better.

..so i hope you have fun with the new skin.

Hi,

thanks for the new Design.

Must all Plugin´s using the GUI "redesignt" ? Or did they work as well with the new skin?

but why 4:3 first?

that's 10% of the community and chances are those 10% hardly ever update (since they are still using 4:3).

This was my first reaction too. The recent poll showed most users use widescreen, so why create the 4:3 skin first?

This was done to slowly introduce Blue3 to the users
as the skin has just been finished lately and may therefore
still contain some bugs.

The team has certainly recognized that there are a lot widescreen users out there.
As result Blue3wide will not just simply be rescaled for widescreen usage
but partially redesigned to profit from the additional width of widescreen displays.

It´s easyer to start with 4:3 and then convert to 16:9, then other way, so thats the reason why we have do first the 4:3 version.

..but as i have start now today with converting to 16:9, it will take not so long to have the first version for widescreen, i hope
