Boombastic LCD TV -> Video worse (1 Viewer)

Now that i got my brandnew boombastic super FullHD LCD TV Philips Aurea 42PFL9903H/10 (connected with HQ Hdmi cable) it seems the "smoothness" of watching Videos or TV is gone.
Videos or TV seem to shutter with short breaks sometimes. My old Plasma "low resolution" TV connected via VGA did not have this problem. I didn't change anything on my HTPC only changed the TV.

Any ideas?

OK, got one solution for DVD playback.

The PowerDVD video codec caused the juddering playback for DVD.
I don't know why.... This effect does not appear if i use PowerDVD standalone.

Any idea?
