Both unstacked movies showing up as watched when only one should (1 Viewer)

If I have videos whose file names end in "Part 1.avi" and "Part 2.avi", MP recognizes them as such and stacks them. If I unstack the movies from the context menu and watch only the first; after it has finished both are marked as watched. Using an SVN from about two weeks ago; I don't think this is something that has been addressed since then.
