Broken installation keeps stopping new install (1 Viewer)

Im trying to upgrede from 1.1.1 to 1.2.0rc1
During installation my computer stalled and i had to restert.
now when i try to redo the installation process, but also when i try to reinstall 1.1.1 i run into an error of the System.NullReferenceException type.
I`ll add a jpeg...
do i still have to clean some remains of the broken installation process.
is there any log of the installation which can give more information?
