OK, Did that, and the behaviour is indeed different.

Steps:
Go to music.
start playing a song
esc to main menu (while playing)
go to video menu (MyVideos)
press play >> windows pops up with the continue/restart question.
@ press play: the music did NOT stopped this time
Press ESC to cancel continue/restart question.
Music continued playing and went to next song without problems...
pressed stop after 30sec of akon (second song)
exit MP
log attached (MyVideos)

Probably not, patch I gave you handles only video files, resume for DVD is is SelectDVDHandler.cs

Need to look @ SelectDVDHandler.cs to see if we can adapt same behaviour like in deda's patch for myvideo
So nothing to test until trying to fix dvd side

@edterbak, I just give a new try, and it seems for MyVideo, mkv / avi or DVD works (when we cancel the resume windows, the next song is played correctly).
About BD it's different.

So internal Myvideo works but not plugins like Moving Pictures, it's that you confirm ?

Hey,

I'm have enable resume for BD part and i have tested cancel resume for DVD / Video / BD and playlist (music) continue to next song.
So i would say that branch fix the bug for MyVideo.

@Deda it seems that no need to handle code on DVD Handler side
