If you are to choose "SD" from the drop-down in the config, then the trailers seem to default to 1080p. The default that the plugin ships with is 720p which works fine, I've now changed it to "Medium" and that works fine. Just letting you know the "SD" option doesn't work properly. Haven't tested any other options apart from 720p (default), SD and Medium (480p)

As I understand, Apple doesn't offer the SD or HD options anymore (or maybe on very old trailers). They have 6 formats: Small, Medium, Large, 480p, 720p or FullHD. When OnlineVideos can't find your quality setting in the list of clips, it defaults to the best quality available (Which is FullHD or Large if HD clips are not present). So, for now, you should use one of the 6 formats mentioned above.
Maybe the SD and HD options should be removed from the settings list or default to Medium and 720p respectively.
