I recently set up a new server, with an Hauppauge 2250 dual ATSC card. I've been fiddling with it for the last few days, & noticed that the ATSC scan always stops at channel 68. The OTA tuning space in N.A. is 2-69 not 68. Logs attached.

Since there is no ATSC file in the tuningdetails folder, I assume that MP is using the ATSC tuning space from the Windows registry.

Even though this is a fresh OS install, I thought I'd better confirm that the registry entry is correct. The registry correctly lists max physical channel as 69, but MP stops scanning at 68.

Scan log is attached to first post, with pic of registry tuning space attached here.
