scrolling text is not displayed properly inside MyTVSeries. See the attached video-clip for details. What could cause this / how can I fix this ?

You might be better off posting this issue in the relevant skin thread as its most likely a skin issue and not a mytvseries application problem.

Not a bad idea. This text isn't shown in BlueTwo at all so I couldn't test it with the standard skin. I will post into the Xface thread though.
